Despite what many think, independant telecom agents are largely former carrier employees exceeding customer and employer expectations everyday. They're successful because they are extremely customer focused, but representing only one brand often put them in a position to be less than honest with a customer, if they knew there were better solutions than the one they offer. They are advising businesses on mission critical decisions and they struggle with this everyday.

The only way to fix this is to become a representative for all of the qualified providers. Best is made up entirely of former carrier employees. Our mission is simple, "help customers make educated buying decisions by providing them the information they need". We are an authorized agent, and more importantly trained, on 35 providers complete solution set. We seek to develop long term relationships with business customers that understand the role technology has in their success, looking for a partner to help them navigate the ever changing landscape.
